Meet Zach!
Zach is a horticulture whiz who brings not only incredible plant knowledge to any project, but a contagious joy for ornamental plants. He brings years of experience and specializes in urban gardens. He can make anyone excited about plants, and I mean anyone. He took his "nature through a window" wife and turned her into someone who now notices all things plants. His knowledge is unmatched for plant design and plant care.
Meet Maegan!
Maegan loves interior design and finds great joy in bringing beauty to old and new spaces. She has a background in event coordinating and operations. Maegan loves to see logistics and style come together seamlessly for an epic space, party, event, or to your everyday home. When she is not helping with the business, she is busy at her full-time job as the Director of Women's Ministry & Church Operations at their local church, Charlottesville Community Church!
From Pittingers to Pottingers
We met online (with the help and encouragement of friends) during a little thing called COVID. We dated long distance with Zach living in Northern VA and Maegan located in Charlottesville VA. We got married on January 14, 2022 and officially became the Pittinger's! As we searched for hobbies and common interest, Zach's love for plants and Maegan's love for design quickly developed into our small business, The Pottingers: Plant Styling Made Easy. This launched in January 2023. We specialize in interior plant styling (consolidating already existing plants or bringing in fresh new styles) and exterior containers (upping the curb appeal to your porch, patio, or pool). We love doing this business together and can't wait to help bring your plant dreams to life!
